How an AI worker takes on a task

You start a task from a short, structured form, with room for your own instructions.
Gather
The worker collects the inputs and evidence the job needs, and asks you when something is missing.
Draft
It works through the job and prepares a result with its evidence attached.
Approve
Anything consequential waits for a person to approve it.
Record
The result is kept against the task, with its status stated plainly.
The roster
Four roles lead the catalog. None is generally available yet. Further roles, such as lead qualification, customer support triage and document intake, are planned.

Built to be supervised
Every AI worker is designed around the same controls.
- Structured commands
- Work starts from prebuilt commands with bounded options, not an open-ended chat box. Your notes shape the output; they never widen what the worker is allowed to do.
- Questions tied to the task
- When a worker needs something from you, the question and your answer stay attached to that task.
- Approval before action
- Sending, publishing and changing records wait for approval. A worker can prepare an action; it cannot carry one out on its own.
- Pause, cancel, switch off
- Admins can pause or cancel work, withdraw a worker's permissions, and disconnect integrations.
- Honest status
- Blocked, waiting, failed and cancelled are shown as they are. Missing evidence is never presented as a result.
